About This Dataset
The project aims to generate sequence → function data for allosteric transcription factors, supporting applications in synthetic biology, biosensors, and therapeutics.
This dataset contains GROQ-seq measurements of VanR variant libraries (SSVL, epPCR, and SS) assayed against the wild-type operator at the Living Measurement Systems Foundry (LMSF) at NIST, with a companion dataset at DAMP (Boston University) for cross-site reproducibility.
